Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13th, 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music singer-songwriter whose tales of heartbreak in the early years achieved wide recognition in the beginning of the 20th century. Swift was a fan of music since a young age. Swift quickly rose up the ranks, starting as a child actor and then performing before a huge crowd. Drawing inspiration from country music artists such as Shania Twain and the Dixie Chicks (now the Chicks) Swift crafted original songs that were a reflection of her own experiences of being a tween and feeling alienated. Swift moved from Pennsylvania along with her parents and moved to Tennessee, Hendersonville. she was 13 years old to dedicate more time to contacting label representatives from the country genre.
